The biggest problem in garment industry is that the role of HR in garment industry is not defined properly. Garment Industry needs something called an "Technical HR" which will be able to understand the technology which needs to be implemented and work out on an implementation strategy with the technical teams. The amount companies are investing in procuring the new technologies should also have an strategy to implement it as well or the technology is of no use.
