| If you use Armhole vertical press then am sure puckering problem will not come. but in if it comes after using the said machines then I suggest first check the shrinkage of fabric if it is beyond tolerance then first remove the shrinkage. |

First try to eliminate cause of pucker (due to either structural jamming or any sewing process parameters). In case all possible steps in above two reasons fail to eliminate pucker then only go for fusing tape. Please remember using fusable tape is forcibly restricting fabric to pucker. Armhole fusable tape (special tape for this specific purpose) is attached during sewing operation and then crosslinked (cured) at high temperature (again using special press. temp. time and heat source is very important). You have to cross check your material compatibility and process. Once the process and material is correct the fused area should not show more pucker while hanging. |
